Serhiy Huzenok stood up to defend his homeland on the first day of the full-scale invasion. 

Immediately after his military service, he worked as a firefighter and later in the National Guard of Ukraine. He lived with his wife and two children in the Chernihiv region. Since the military enlistment office there was evacuated, he went to the neighboring region to the city of Shostka to volunteer to defend the state.

He works as a unit commander and holds the rank of junior sergeant.

He took part in battles in Sumy region, Minkivka and Lyman in Donetsk region, and in the defense of Kharkiv.

The military’s job is not easy and takes a toll on their health. In order to perform combat missions efficiently, Serhiy had to take medications that helped him avoid defecation. This led to a serious illness and prolapse of hemorrhoids, which was accompanied by bleeding and high pain.

The defender returned to the Kyiv region to recover and undergo rehabilitation after completing his mission. For the treatment of this disease, his friends recommended that he contact Dobrobut.

Now Sergiy is feeling much better and is on a sick leave. 

Serhiy is optimistic and plans to return to serve Ukraine, he says: “The most important thing is to drive the enemy out of our territory so that they do not trample on our fertile land. I will recover from everything that happened and return to service.”
